Participating in an online learning community can open new opportunities for me to learn, share, expand my knowledge in many areas. I can explore and try new ideas in my classroom. I can ask questions and maybe find the anwer I am looking for or maybe the answer is completly different than what I expected it to be. The thing that stands out for me is being able to collaborate with others to better our students.

Tool #1 Creating a Blog
I did it (with the help of my wonderful husband) I created a blog. We had fun creating my avatar. I don't know how I will be using it in my classroom, I was to caught up getting the blog set up. I could try setting up a blog that my students and parents could interact with and share about child's learning. I am ready for bed after all the hard work.
